This is an EPA-registered chlorine sanitizer powder that requires no rinsing of dishes, glassware, silverware, and

cooking utensils, or sanitizing hard (non-porous) surfaces, such as food processing equipment or utensils.

Usage is one ounce (one packet) per ten gallons water to provide 100 ppm available chlorine.
